Most of the Arctic, like most of the world, is commonly owned. With ownership comes the obligation to manage our resources for the benefit of the total. To do that, we must understand the reality, the richness, and the responsibility of the North.

Arctic Energy Summit

The Arctic Energy Summit was created as a forum to engage in a dialogue on energy development in the Arctic. It is a multi-disciplinary event expected to draw several hundred industry officials, scientists, academics, policy makers, energy professionals and community leaders together to collaborate and share leading approaches on Arctic energy issues. The Summit brings together the people of the Arctic to discuss, share and create a balanced approach toward sustainable extractive, renewable and rural power; with the vision of creating energy wealth while eliminating energy poverty.
