For nearly a decade, the Top of the World Telegraph has supported the mission of the Institue of the North by providing citizens of the North a reliable source of information about issues that matter. This resource promotes, emphasizes, and facilitates decision-making by informing and engaging citizens.

The Top of the World Telegraph provides a compilation of news of the most pertinent current affairs related to the Arctic, event notices, and in-depth analyses on a variety of Arctic topic from leaders in the North each week.
