Law of the Sea

The Institute has been working on Arctic infrastructure issues for many years and helps to advocate for Alaska issues at the national and international levels. We've heard increasing calls for United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) ratification.  The Institute of the North developed a short educational video to help educate people about UNCLOS.
