The Institute of the North's Arctic Policy Forums serve to elevate Alaska’s role in the Arctic. Arctic Policy Forums offer expert presentations on key policy findings and positions, emerging Arctic technologies and challenges facing infrastructure development in the Arctic while the networking receptions bring together policy makers and administrators, researchers, community leaders and interested citizens for a unique sharing opportunity.  At the community, state, regional, national and global level, Alaskans must understand their role in decisions affecting the state while maintaining strong relationships with one another and key partners. The Arctic Policy Forum provides a space for accomplishing this.
